What Sets Praia Apart
Don't worry, I will help you to organize everything we need for the design intensive!
1. Proposal approved, invoice paid, contract signed and date locked in. It’s happening!
2. You’ll fill the questionnaires before the design intensive so that I can review, and strategize.
3. I’ll start working on the design concepts and creative direction
4. We hop on a strategy call prior to your design intensive
5. The Design Intensive begins! We stay in contact throughout the day/week to confirm your designs. At the end of the day/week, we’ll do all the designs and wrap up!
How do i prepare for a design intensive?
I'll send over a contract and a 50% deposit invoice to secure your chosen date. The remaining 50% balance will also be due 1 day before the design week.
All of your payments are processed via Stripe or via wire transfer Bank details will be made available on invoices. - It works for international payments, too!
How does payment work?
We will be communicating through email and Whatsapp. I will send you a zoom invitation prior to your Design intensive for our strategy call. It will be important that you can communicate a few times throughout the design intensive for feedback and some questions.
How will we communicate on design day/week?
Of course! We can definitely work together no-matter where you are located , we have clients worldwide!
I'm not nearby, can we still work together?
Before we can get started on your project we will need your completed questionnaires, signed contract, and completed invoice. For web design projects We will also need your website copy, branding and the high res images that you would like to use on your website.
What do I need to have before we get started?
I'm completely focused on one client at a time for all design projects, which allows me to provide high-quality design deliverables with tight timelines projects + high-touch 1:1 service and streamlined process.
How do you do it? 1 day /week quick turnaround times

VIP Day is on a scheduled day of your choosing for 9 hours from 9am-6pm or VIP week Monday to Friday 9 hours from 9am-6pm . If needed, these times can be adjusted to fit your time zone and availability.
How long is a design day/week?
Yes. While most of my packages are bundled, I do offer standalone branding or website projects depending on your goals. Let’s talk about the best fit.
Can I book only branding or only web design?
Absolutely. Most clients split payments in 2 or 3 parts depending on the project timeline.
Do you offer payment plans?
Primarily Showit and Squarespace. I also work with WordPress, Shopify, and Wix upon request — depending on the needs of your business.
Which platforms do you design on?
You’ll complete a creative questionnaire and provide your content (like copy and images). Most of all, I’ll guide you — but your clarity and feedback are key.
