HOW DO YOU DO IT? 1 DAY /WEEK QUICK TURNAROUND TIMES
I'm completely focused on one client at a time for all design projects, which allows me to provide high-quality design deliverables with tight timelines projects + high-touch 1:1 service and streamlined process.
HOW LONG IS A DESIGN INTENSIVE DAY/WEEK?
VIP Day is on a scheduled day of your choosing for 9 hours from 9am-6pm or VIP week Monday to Friday 9 hours from 9am-6pm . If needed, these times can be adjusted to fit your time zone and availability.
I'M NOT NEARBY, CAN WE STILL WORK TOGETHER?
Of course! We can definitely work together no-matter where you are located , we have clients worldwide!
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
I'll send over a contract and a 50% deposit invoice to secure your chosen date. The remaining 50% balance will also be due 1 day before the design intensive
WHAT DO I NEED TO HAVE BEFORE WE GET STARTED?
Before we can get started on your project we will need your completed questionnaires, signed contract, and completed invoice. For web design projects We will also need your website copy, branding and the high res images that you would like to use on your website.
HOW WILL WE COMMUNICATE ON DESIGN INTENSIVE DAY/WEEK?
We will be communicating through email and Whatsapp. I will send you a zoom invitation prior to your Design intensive for our strategy call. It will be important that you can communicate a few times throughout the design intensive for feedback and some questions.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR A DESIGN INTENSIVE?
- Proposal approved, invoice paid, contract signed and date locked in. It’s happening!
- You’ll fill the questionnaires before the design intensive so that I can review, and strategize.
- I’ll start working on the design concepts and creative direction
- We hop on a strategy call prior to your design intensive
- The Design Intensive begins! We stay in contact throughout the day/week to confirm your designs. At the end of the day/week, we’ll do all the designs and wrap up!
