First, we’ll have a meeting! We’ll discuss your current web design ideas, brand goals, and aims over a virtual coffee.
BOOKING
Like our branding and web design for female entrepreneurs?
If we’re a good fit, we’ll get started on the contract with an initial proposal. A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot. You’ll also receive a questionnaire so we can delve into your target audience and brand design preferences.
PRE WORK
If you decide to move forward with branding and website design for creatives, you’ll choose an open day that works for your schedule (keep in mind that you’ll need to be near a computer for the entire day.)
I’ll send over a checklist for us to work through before our design day. This includes some homework you’ll need to do before our 30-minute strategy call (1 week before the work day.) Don’t worry. It won’t take long!
STRATEGY & CREATIVE DIRECTION
I’ll start working on the design concepts and creative direction. But don’t worry! We’ll hop on a strategy call prior to your Design Intensive so you can have the final say on your modern graphic design project.
We’ll use the strategy call to talk through project goals, prioritize needs, and establish a game plan to make the most of our time together. I’ll go over your questionnaire before the call and present mood board options based on your brand’s needs and industry. You’ll then receive a game plan of how we can make the most of our time and benefit your business.
DESIGN DAY/WEEK
The Design Intensive begins!
The branding studio stays in contact throughout the day/week to confirm your designs and the progression of the project.
We always hit the ground running. This day looks different for everyone, but you can expect open communication and to see your vision come to life quickly. We send through drafts and work through your revisions in real-time. Your responsiveness and quick decision-making will allow us to make the most out of our day/week!
DELIVERY & LAUNCH
At the end of the work day/week, you’ll receive a google drive link to all of your final files or the login to your new web design for female entrepreneurs!

*An important note: Due to the nature of this offering, I cannot guarantee deliverables. We work in order of priority, so we accomplish the most important items first. If needed, an additional half-day priced at $650 can be scheduled if you would like to continue working.

I'll send over a contract and a 50% deposit invoice to secure your chosen date. The remaining 50% balance will also be due 1 day before the design intensive.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
I primarily specialize in Showit. We'll help you decide which platform is best for you. We build all websites on Shopify, Wix, WordPress Elementor, Squarespace, and our favorite Showit platform! Showit allows complete creative freedom when we design your website. You can see Showit's hosting prices and everything that is included here!

WHAT DO I NEED TO HAVE BEFORE WE GET STARTED?
Before we can get started on your project we will need your completed questionnaires, signed contract, and completed invoice. For web design projects We will also need your website copy, branding and the high res images that you would like to use on your website.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM PACKAGES?

HOW LONG IS A DESIGN INTENSIVE DAY/WEEK?
VIP Day is on a scheduled day of your choosing for 9 hours from 9am-6pm or VIP week Monday to Friday 9 hours from 9am-6pm . If needed, these times can be adjusted to fit your time zone and availability.
HOW WILL WE COMMUNICATE ON DESIGN INTENSIVE DAY/WEEK?
We will be communicating through email and Whatsapp. I will send you a zoom invitation prior to your Design intensive for our strategy call. It will be important that you can communicate a few times throughout the design intensive for feedback and some questions.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR A DESIGN INTENSIVE?
- Proposal approved, invoice paid, contract signed and date locked in. It’s happening!
- You’ll fill the questionnaires before the design intensive so that I can review, and strategize.
- I’ll start working on the design concepts and creative direction
- We hop on a strategy call prior to your design intensive
- The Design Intensive begins! We stay in contact throughout the day/week to confirm your designs. At the end of the day/week, we’ll do all the designs and wrap up!
HOW DO YOU DO IT? 1 DAY /WEEK QUICK TURNAROUND TIMES
I'm completely focused on one client at a time for all design projects, which allows me to provide high-quality design deliverables with tight timelines projects + high-touch 1:1 service and streamlined process.
WHAT IF I NEED MORE DESIGNS OR WEBSITE PAGES?
No problem! If you need to add more collateral designs or additional website pages to the project we can always schedule another half or full VIP Day/week.
WHAT IF I NEED 2 VIP DAYS? IS THERE A DISCOUNT IF I BUNDLE TWO VIP DAYS?
